Morgan Sindall are delighted to be delivering the Newton Nursery project in Elgin for Forestry and Land Scotland.
Activity in July includes:
- Cladding to cold store walls externally near completion.
- Cold stores are being constructed
- Floors cast in cold store
- Machine store roof has been sheeted
- Hub M&E first & second fix ongoing
- Hub roof finish has been completed
- Windows have been installed to Hub
- Fire mains and water mains have been installed,
- Irrigation pipework to glasshouse complete
- M&E within glasshouse on going.
- Formation grading for the Glasshouse has been completed.
Upcoming works include:
- Kerbing to main access road,
- External works to roads in site
- On going internally with fit out etc
- Utilities
