Salary: Highly Competitive

  • Responsible for all site administration works and communication to the wider team including press releases for the city centre stakeholders and communication to the public.
  • To be the public face and figure for relationship building with all shop staff to ensure clear communication is upheld throughout the various projects.
  • Setup and manage stakeholder liaison with regular chaired meetings for information sharing and reporting/problem solving.
  • Be the point of contact and manager of the “Knowledge Hub” Interaction with the general public and talking through questions raised and overall architect designs of the Plymouth Public Realm Works.
  • Management of regular updates and good news stories to help promote the works in the City centre.
  • Site Administration works, taking ownership of the booking of visitor slots and meeting room diaries.
  • Document Control, maintaining the accurate records of company documentation. This role will see you learning both existing and establish fit-to-purpose document control procedures to ensure that all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards.

What we need from you:

  • You will need the right to work in the UK.
  • Experience within an engineering design or technical environment
  • Knowledge of EDS (electronic data management systems)
  • Excellent Microsoft Word skills, use of data tables (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
  • Able to prioritise and work independently when required.
  • Able to work collaboratively with and in supportive of project teams
  • Processed, assessed quality, and archived project documentation
  • Commitment to continuous improvement of the document controlling/transferring processes
  • Generation of document numbers
  • Issuance of communications to summarise document control status
  • Safe and secure handling of documents that are restricted or confidential in nature
