Are you looking to take the next step in your IT career? Morgan Sindall Construction is offering adevelopment opportunity for a motivated individual to join our Business IT team as aService Delivery Manager.
This role is ideal for someone ready to grow into a leadership position while working alongside experienced Service Delivery Managers. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of IT service management responsibilities and play a key role in supporting our security-related initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the Service Delivery Manager Lead in managing service levels, supplier performance, and asset lifecycles.
- Assisting with the delivery of IT services across the business, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
- Collaborating with existing Service Delivery Managers to contribute to security-related activities, including:
- Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)
- Supplier security evaluations
- Security education and awareness initiatives
- Participating in service reviews, incident and problem management, and continuous improvement efforts.
What You’ll Bring
- A strong interest in IT service management and a desire to develop leadership capabilities.
- Experience in IT operations, support, or coordination roles.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn from experienced colleagues.
- Familiarity with ITIL or SFIA frameworks is beneficial but not essential.
