In addition to gaining experience in a company where diversity is encouraged, and people’s differences are celebrated ourMarketing & Communications Work Placement opportunity is a paid placement that is available up to 3 months on afixed-term contract with the additional benefit of a travel allowance for the duration of the placement.

What we need from you

Reporting to our Business Development and Marketing Manager, you will support the preparation and implementation of internal and external communications activity and our local marketing and communication activities in line with the Construction communications and marketing plan.

  • You will need to be able to provide or obtain the right to work in the UK.
  • You will need to be able to travel to our Eurocentral office.
  • Are you looking for a future career in marketing? Our placement is a key opportunity for individuals studying or have studied in Marketing or Communications and looking to apply what they have learned into practice with a Tier 1 Construction Company!
  • You will have a qualification or the skills and experience at SCQF Level 6 or higher (e.g., Highers).
  • You will be supporting the team with day-to-day activities such as adding content such as news articles and campaign material to the website and intranet and attend regional PR meetings with our external PR agency.
  • You will have your own projects within the team that align to the communications and digital strategy and the overall business strategy, including research for blogs, writing a social media schedule for a particular project and preparing imagery.
  • Have a real passion for the industry and want to deliver exceptionally, the places where we live, learn, work, play, care and protect.
