As part of Armed Forces Week 2025, we spoke to a number of our Armed Forces personnel across Morgan Sindall Construction. In this video we spoke to Dan Starsmore, Health & Safety Advisor for our North East team.
Dan completed almost 22 years in the Royal Engineers, most recently as an Occupational Diving Supervisor. In this short interview, he talks about being medically discharged from the Army, the challenges he faced, how he found his way into Health & Safety, and his advice to anyone transitioning from the forces into a different career.
