The company has also delivered carbon literacy training across local schools, helping to upskill young people and support the region’s journey towards sustainability. Additionally, the implementation of sector-leading family-friendly working practices underscores its commitment to employee well-being and inclusion.

Beyond the build itself, Morgan Sindall's projects have maintained an exceptional 100% safety record, with zero accidents or environmental incidents recorded. The firm's innovative Joint Venture Apprenticeship model has proved particularly successful, creating sustainable pathways into construction for young people across North Lanarkshire.

Stuart Parker, Managing Director at Morgan Sindall Construction Scotland, said:

We are incredibly proud to receive the Employer Charter gold status. This recognition is a testament to our commitment to the communities we serve and our dedication to responsible business practices.
For us, every project is more than just bricks and mortar - it’s about creating spaces that positively impact the lives of local residents, including our own families who live, work and attend school in the area. By investing in local talent and nurturing future skills, we are not only contributing to the region’s economic growth but also inspiring the next generation of construction professionals.
This accolade is a reflection of the passion and hard work of our team, who are deeply embedded within the communities they serve. We remain committed to delivering excellence, driving social value, and building a sustainable future for Scotland.”
