Morgan Sindall Construction has been successfully appointed as a Tier 1 contractor for hub North Scotland following a competitive supply chain refresh by the public-private partnership developer.
The appointment strengthens Morgan Sindall's presence across Scotland and positions the company to deliver high-quality community infrastructure projects throughout the North region.
Hub North Scotland is currently delivering significant schemes including the City Centre and Beach Master Plan for Aberdeen City Council and the North Schools Programme for five local authorities.
The organisation was also recently appointed as the development partner for the Highland Council's Highland Investment Plan, with other current projects including the new Peterhead Campus for Aberdeenshire Council.
Morgan Sindall's appointment follows a transparent application process and recognises the company's track record of delivering innovative, sustainable projects that create lasting value for local communities.
The construction specialist will leverage the expertise of its Inverness-based team, whose local knowledge and established community connections will be instrumental in delivering projects that make a meaningful difference across the region.
