Perfect Delivery is the fabric of who we are and has been for over 20 years. It’s our commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience on every project, from the first conversation to long after handover. Working in collaboration with our customers as a trusted advisor for their next construction project.

Perfect Delivery is what it feels like to work with Morgan Sindall Construction. It’s how we ensure that working with us feels collaborative, transparent and tailored to you and your end user's or community needs - and it’s what we want you to remember long after your project is complete. Its ethos reflects one of our core business values: The customer comes first.

Our approach

The strategy focuses on three pledges of Quality, Safe and Time and one ambition of Recommended, all of which must be met for a project to achieve Perfect Delivery.

At key touchpoints in the construction processes we measure these to ensure we are delighting our customers and that we’re continually improving the exceptional experience we offer.

A long-term trusted partner

We’ve delivered over 250 construction projects totalling a £3 billion turnover since mid-2021 (March 2025), resulting in 80% achieving Perfect Delivery and 95% of our customers would recommend Morgan Sindall Construction to their peers.

As part of our 2024/25 a national Perfect Delivery survey of over 100+ stakeholders, our operational and delivery teams were praised for their willingness to have open and transparent conversations and offer bespoke solutions to a building or customer requirement. Overall, our customers felt confident that they were in safe hands with the Morgan Sindall Construction team.

Defining the project charter

At the heart of Perfect Delivery is the project charter, tailored to what matters most to you, defining the key objectives for your project and what success looks like.

Whether it’s enhancing end-user wellbeing, supporting socio or economic drivers for the local community and driving social value or working with local supply chains, SMEs or social enterprises, we align our delivery to your priorities.

The charter is reviewed and measured at key touchpoints during the project to ensure we're continuing to deliver on expectations.

Supporting occupant wellbeing

When it comes to our projects occupant wellbeing is high on the agenda. Our clients want to ensure school pupils and teaching staff are comfortable in an inclusive learning environment. For our commercial clients, comfort is also key to ensure their building occupants have a workplace that is functional and aids productivity.

Our approach to post-occupancy evaluation (POE) means we collate all this important experiential real-time data and combine it with quantitative sustainability insight such as heating and cooling performance and energy and water usage to create an overall picture for our clients of their building performance after handover.

To conduct this work, we have partnered with EP&T Global to deliver POE for our clients. Their platform allows us to collate and combine actional insights for our customers on how they can deliver healthy and sustainable buildings for their occupants.
