About the project
161-163 High Street Elgin, will see the reconstruction of the prominent Poundland building, located in the heart of Elgin.
The project will see the Morgan Sindall team reconstruct the building in a like-for-like manner, after sitting redundant for the past five years. You can find out more about our appointment to the project in this press release.
