Key facts

Relocation of two service depots to provide one purpose-built 'super' facility
Works include the erection of a two storey office building and single storey vehicle maintenance building. The steel framed, metal clad buildings will have an area of 3600m2
Creation of a large parking area with a number of electric vehicle charging points with the future ability to install further points
Using a local supply chain to support long-term growth in the Birmingham community

About the project

Atlas Works, is the build of a new depot to relocate the services delivered from Montague Street and also the existing Redfern Road Depots to provide one new purpose built 'super' facility including the New Build Accommodation Block and New Build Garage Block, located in Tyseley, Birmingham.

The Central and West team operates out of 7 regional offices, the Solihull Office being associated with this project.
