Ardrossan Campus work expected to start in near future
Work on the new Ardrossan Community Campus will start imminently after elected members agreed to proposals put forward at a meeting yesterday (Wednesday 25 June).
Welcome to the project page for the Ardrosaan Campus project, which is being built by Morgan Sindall Construction for North Ayrshire Council, procured via SCAPE Scotland
Here you can read about the project and its positive effect on the community, and track progress as it happens.
The new Ardrossan Community Campus will provide a new all-through 2–18 year old educational & community building to replace the existing Ardrossan Academy and Winton Primary School.
Delivered for North Ayrshire Council in partnership with SCAPE Scotland, the construction of the new campus will provide state-of-the-art educational facilities for over 1400 pupils, as well as community facilities.
Designed by jm architects, the new school will be built on the former disused former Shell site and is due for completion in autumn 2027.
Making a positive difference in the communities we work is a vital part of our responsible business plan. Our Community Investment Group supports our project teams in the delivery of local community engagement projects. The Morgan Sindall Construction Scotland business unit operates out of two regional offices, the Eurocentral office being associated with this project.
Victoria Proven, Senior Site Manager, is the dedicated community contact for the Ardrossan Campus project and will maintain communications with neighbours and the surrounding community. If you have any questions, please do get in touch with Victoria via the contact form at the bottom of the page with any queries regarding the project.
As a business we are proud members of the Considerate Constructors Scheme, which has a Code of Considerate Practice designed to encourage best practice beyond statutory requirements.
This page will provide a snapshot of activities we have been undertaking in the local community.
Ardrossan Campus is the most significant school investment in North Ayrshire’s history, and is an essential component of the Ardrossan Coastal Quarter regeneration.
