Ardrossan Project Update (August 2025)

Progress in August includes:

• Site set up and enabling works
• Site surveys and testing
• Dilapidation surveys
• Installation of noise, vibration and dust monitors at points in site closest to neighbouring properties.
• Site security installation of heras fencing and CCTV
• Preparation of piling platforms and piling commencement

Works to be undertaken in September include:

• Continuation of site set up including installation of remaining hoarding and installation of additional site welfare
• Continuation of surveys
• Continuation of piling. We are really excited to be the first project in the UK to use a fully electric piling rig – more to come on this soon! Please be aware that whilst we aim to keep disruption to a minimum piling work will create noise and possible vibration
• Sheet Piling for swimming pool excavations
• Commence drainage installation
• Cutting down piles to platform height
