Ardrossan Project Update (September 2025)

Progress in September includes:

• Site set up and enabling works
• Site surveys and testing
• Site security installation of heras fencing, hoarding and CCTV
• Completion of piling works
• Continued drainage works
• Continued cutting of piles to platform height

Works to be undertaken in October include:

• Continuation of site set up including installation additional site welfare.
• Continuation of surveys
• Continuation of drainage
• Commencement of foundations and concrete slab preparations
• Commencement of steel frame erection
