Fifth milestone on track at Cosham Fire Station

Steel frame installation

This month has seen a lot of activity on site with the start of the steel frame going up at full pace to form the structure of this brand new fire station.

Weldrite Structures Ltd are putting up a total of 155 tonnes in weight which will be finished by the end of June 2023. Following this, the roof deck will be installed along with the concrete planks and ground floor slab ready for the steel framing system (SFS) starting in July.
