Here's the latest update
Site Activities
Over the past month, we’ve made steady progress as the project moves into its final phases:
Internal decorations are now underway across the teaching and communal areas, starting to bring the new spaces to life.
Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) works are progressing well, with installations continuing throughout the building, including lighting, power, and ventilation systems.
These works mark an important step in preparing the school for final finishes and commissioning.
Upcoming work
In the coming month, works will be progressing both within the existing school grounds and on the construction site itself.
Within the Existing School
We’ll be carrying out several essential works, including:
- Installation of the attenuation tank.
- Service connections to support the new building.
- Foundations for the nursery canopy.
- Prepping safe access routes for the school.
On the Construction Site
Work will continue with:
- Render continuation to the building’s exterior
- Internal fit out including ongoing M&E installation, internal walls and finishes
- A planned crane lift to position remaining rooftop equipment, which will be completed in a single day with full safety measures and traffic controls in place.
