Here's the latest update
What has been happening on the project?
This month has seen strong progress inside the building. Carpet tiles and vinyl has been installed throughout key areas, and the building has now been powered on, a major milestone in the project. The second fix of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems is well underway, with commissioning activities also progressing. Final decorations have been completed on the first floor, and second fix carpentry, including the installation of internal doors, is moving forward steadily.
Externally, the site has seen the start of perimeter fencing works to improve security and define boundaries. A new ramp and stair access have been constructed to connect the building to the playing field, improving accessibility. In addition, the external canopy and retaining wall have now been installed, marking further visible progress on the site’s external features.
What happening next?
As we move into November, the focus will be on bringing the ground floor up to a completed state. This includes final finishes, snagging, and preparing the building for client inspections. Internal snagging will be carried out to ensure quality and compliance, followed by a formal client snag process. These steps will lead us into the final stages of the project, with handover scheduled towards the end of the month.
Externally, works will continue to progress at pace. The remaining landscaping and canopy installations will be completed, alongside final external groundworks. These activities will help tie together the external appearance of the site and ensure all access routes and surrounding areas are ready for use ahead of handover.
