Site Activities

Over the past three months, we have successfully completed the demolition phase, making way for significant progress in other areas. Large sections of the new roofing are complete and our drylining subcontractor is now working down the building with internal partition works, currently installing the final boards for sleep pods designed to offer firefighters a comfortable resting space after long shifts, especially during late-night hours. Additionally, we have reconfigured the building layout by forming new openings and closing existing ones – this helps to improve the functionality of the property for the end users. The installation of first-fix mechanical and electrical systems is also underway, laying the groundwork for the building/ESFR’s essential services whilst ensuring a smooth transition to the next phases of construction.
