National T Level Week

We have been an advocate and supporter of T Levels since they emerged in our area with the Design, Surveying and Planning for Construction T Level.

T Levels are a 2-year vocational qualification for 16-19 year olds developed with employers to provide a clear path to skilled employment, an apprenticeship, or higher education. Equivalent to 3 A Levels, they combine classroom learning with a significant industry placement of at least 45 days (315 hours) to offer practical, on-the-job experience. They really do help the next generation get a feel for the roles and opportunities available within our industry .

We are also really proud of our home grown students coming out of our partnership with Redbridge Community School and are currently sponsoring 4 of them at Eastleigh College. What better way to celebrate #TLevelsWeek than bring them altogether and showcase our Outdoor Sports Centre project which some of them have already visited and will be able to complete their required 315 hours on this exciting project for Southampton.
