Morgan Sindall Construction zones progress during December 2025 as follows:

Community Hub

The covered court steel frame is now complete in line with programme expectations.

Concrete to the ground floor slab poured.

SFS (Steel Framing System) continues at pace with metalwork complete to first floor and nearing completion to roof level upstands and parapet.

Blockwork to first floor and ground floor bin store have commenced and internal blockwork to first floor complete.

Alpine Snow Sports Centre

The sheet pile retaining wall completed allowing the groundworkers to commence the ground remediation and building slabs of the new Ski Lodge.

The learner slope is now fully formed and build up layers started in preparation for specialist contractor Snowflex products to be laid. Likewise, slopes 2 and 3 regrade civil works now complete and layers commenced in preparation for final Snowflex products.

Athletics Pavilion and Grandstand

Foundations and slab to the pavilion building completed. Steel frame erected. External services and drainage commenced.

Grandstand slab poured ready for installation in new year.

Woodland Car Park

Works to the car park are now complete with just the S278 Works remaining along with landscape planting and street light installations to conclude.

Family Zone

Betong have completed all skate park features.

Forte have completed the pump track ahead of schedule allowing the groundworkers to start the outside seating areas and footpaths.
