Morgan Sindall Construction zones progress during February 2026 as follows:

Community Hub

During February the building is now closed with completion of the SFS and other envelope works allowing commencement of the internal fitout. Works including partitioning, MEP first fix and windows have progressed well in the month.

The covered court roof has been completed with eaves and verge details progressing.

Alpine Snow Sports Centre

The new centre is now taking shape with the steel frame, metal deck roof completed and roof finishes to the building now started. Internal blockwork walls commenced as well as new gas membrane works.

Civil works to to all ski slopes completed allowing Snowflex to start the laying of their product to them.

Athletics Pavilion and Grandstand

Completion of the warm roof build up including green roof turf. External blockwork commenced as well as internal fitout with sleeper walls down for screed works. Drainage connections completed for the building and roof into the main runs.

Woodland Car Park

Works to the car park are now complete including landscaping with just the S278 Works remaining and street light installations to conclude.

Family Zone

Specialist works completed to the pump track and skate park.

Works to footpaths and drainage are ongoing in the family zone play area. Foundations have been cast for the play area equipment.

Block 2 works commenced removing all the old render and demolition of internal finishes.
