Morgan Sindall Construction zones progress during March 2026 as follows:

Community Hub

During March internal works continued at pace in areas where weather has not impacted progress and follow on trades such as plastering now commenced with decorating to follow. MEP continues in all areas with ceiling closures. All windows now closed and brickwork making good process with the better weather.

Alpine Snow Sports Centre

The new centre is now taking shape with the roof completed internal blockwork walls.

Snowflex are making good progress on the slopes with the specialist carpet now being installed on slopes 2 and 3. The pull rope install has commenced along with pump housing for the new misting system.

Athletics Pavilion and Grandstand

During March, completion of the brickwork, ,windows, shutter and guttering. Internal fitout continues with closing of walls and plastering commenced.

Woodland Car Park

Works to the car park are now complete including landscaping with just the S278 Works remaining and street light installations to conclude.

Family Zone

Specialist works completed to the pump track and skate park.

Works to footpaths and planting areas are ongoing in the family zone play area. The installation of the play area equipment commenced.

Block 2 works commenced removing all the old render and demolition of internal finishes as well as internal alterations design now agreed.
