Latest Drone Footage and Update - November 2025

Morgan Sindall Construction zones progress during November 2025 as follows:

Community Hub

The steel frame is now complete in line with programme expectations as well as the covered court frame which is due to complete 28 November 2025.

Concrete to the first floor and roof are now poured. The drainage and slab preparations to the ground floor continue with the ground floor pour scheduled in the next 2 weeks.

SFS (Steel Framing System) commenced w/b 24 November 2025.

Alpine Snow Sports Centre

Specialist contractor Snowflex have continued shaping up Slopes 2 and 3 at a pace with the substructure now starting to look like new ski slopes. The learner slope works also commenced. Main excavation works completed ready for the stone build ups to form the new learner slope including the pull rope. The sheet pile retaining wall has also started ready for the groundworks excavations for the foundations of the new Ski Lodge.

Athletics Pavilion

Groundworks complete and foundations pouring commenced w/b 24 November 2025 to the new Pavilion.

Woodland Car Park

Works to the car park are now complete with just the S278 Works remaining along with landscape planting and street light installations to conclude.

Family Zone

Betong are creating the new skate park features including various elements of concrete works. New drainage design has been implemented within the old boating lake.

Forte has started the pump track shaping up stone and burns and bump features.
