Our supply chain payment performance

We are very proud of our financial position and the contribution we make to Morgan Sindall Group plc, not least in our long-standing support of the Prompt Payment Code.

We remain fully committed to the prompt payment of our supply chain, having made significant investments in improving both our internal processes and our payment terms over the past few years. These actions and our continued commitment are in recognition of the critical importance of our supply chain relationships and the importance of working capital liquidity within the supply chain, and are supported by the Group’s strong balance sheet.

You will see adjacent our latest published payment practices and performance statistics, for the last reporting period (2023).

Training and support

We understand that the development of our supply chain is just as important as the development of our own employees. As such, we've made our online training academy available to all our suppliers. The Supply Chain Training Academy hosts a selection of elearning modules, available free of charge. If you are a current Morgan Sindall Construction supplier, take a look and sign up for the Academy.

We have also opened up our Employee Assistance Programme to our supply chain. Here our supply chain can access free and confidential support 24-hours a day. This service is designed to provide support and resources for a wide range of personal and family matters.

Enhancing skills and development in the industry

Launched in 2012, Morgan Sindall Group is a founding member of Supply Chain Sustainability School, a platform set up in conjunction with some of our peers to help the industry’s supply chain develop its sustainability skills.

The school provides a free learning environment, upskilling those working within, or aspiring to work within the built environment sector. The resource allows members to access online and in-person learning in five main top areas: sustainability, offsite, BIM, lean construction and management.
