About the Role

We are looking for a Sustainability Administrator to join our existing team of passionate and dedicated professionals; you will help us achieve market-leading sustainability performance by:

  • Administrating business-wide carbon reduction initiatives
  • Seeking out and collating best practice from regional teams
  • Logging data about project sustainability requirements and achievements in a way that is easy to use
  • Liaising with appropriate individuals in the business to maintain a robust and correct project sustainability performance tracker for monthly reporting
  • Organising and administrating team meetings, site visits and national carbon and environmental champion forums
  • Obtaining and/or cross-checking monthly business net zero reporting data
  • Ad hoc duties and support as required

The role will include overseeing, coordinating and managing all aspects of general team administration including data management, feedback surveys, training requirements, team diary management, stakeholder engagement, business unit support and reporting requirements.

About You

Candidates will havebe educated to GCSE (or equivalent), be IT literate in Microsoft Office and will have previous experience within an administrative position. With the ability to work under pressure, you’ll have excellent attention to detail, working independently, as well as a within a team.
