If so, we’ve a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitious and talented Senior Estimator to join us in Nottingham / Solihull, covering the Midland’s region!

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for managing and preparing competitive tenders and framework submissions from first principles for construction projects, both new construction and refurbishment. You’ll coordinate and challenge the input from the wider team, including procurement, design and commercial, and support the bid management and quality submission requirements. You will ensure Morgan Sindall work winning sign off processes are effectively and consistently implemented and be confident to recommend improvements.

About You

We’d like our Senior Estimator to hold a HND/HNC or BSc degree in Quantity Surveying and have extensive estimating experience of two stage, negotiated and framework tenders. Your experience will mean you are confident when it comes to producing tenders for large, complex schemes ranging from £5 to £75 million and have given you knowledge of local supply chain. You’ll also bring professional communication skills, able to liaise confidently with internal and external customers, fellow colleagues and other stakeholders and have experience of various sectors, procurement routes and contract types.

A full UK driving licence is essential.
