If so, we’ve a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for several ambitious and talented Construction Managers to join us in the North West!

About the Role

As a construction manager you will manage all aspects of operational work on a designated project, managing supervisory staff and all duties associated with direct labour and subcontractor teams, taking full responsibility for safety, programme management and quality on site.

About You

Already experienced as a construction manager you will be educated to degree level or demonstrate appropriate industry experience in a similar role chartership with a relevant professional body (i.e. ICE or CIOB) is preferable but not essential. You will have sound practical, commercial and contractual knowledge and advanced risk control skills and have the ability to work in a team, with excellent management skills. In depth understanding of current safety standards is a pre requisite.

A full UK driving licence is essential as is an appropriate CSCS card.
