If so, we’ve a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitious and talented Quantity Surveyor to join us in Yorkshire, covering the Yorkshire region!

About the Role

You’ll maintain commercial information in accordance with the contract, satisfying the needs of both the customer and Morgan Sindall Construction in terms of reporting contract commercial performance, whilst contributing to achieving the appropriate commercial result through the provision of accurate financial reporting. Managing subcontractor and supplier accounts, financially and contractually, you’ll identify, secure and deliver the business strategy in both turnover and margin, ensuring compliance with all contractual requirements.

About You

An experienced Surveyor, you’ll ideally be educated to BSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent commercially related discipline), working towards a professional membership (e.g. RICS.CIOB) and will hold a relevant CSCS Card. With detailed knowledge of company management systems including Commercial and Financial, you’ll ideally have worked on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes between £5 million and £15 million, with the ability to manage and effectively monitor sub-contractors with little supervision.

A full UK driving licence is essential.
