If so, we’ve a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitious and talented Design Manager to join us in the East!
About the Role
Joining us as a Design Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the design aspects of tenders and projects in progress, leading and providing a professional, comprehensive and sustainable design service for the customer, key partners, suppliers at bid and delivery stages.
With previous experience on both single stage tenders and preferred terms work, you’ll have a sound knowledge of the construction industry, educated to degree level or HNC/HND in a relevant technical discipline and ideally be a member of an industry recognised professional institute (e.g. CIOB). Experience of working on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes between £5 and £20 million would be advantageous.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
