We are looking for an experienced and talented Social Value Coordinator to assist the Senior Social Value Manager and project teams in delivering a range of Social Value activities to achieve targets on construction projects, create engaging materials that promote Construction North West Social Value initiatives. This position is across a number of projects.

About the role:
You will be working within our Construction North West business, where you will:
Have an awareness of Community Benefits and Social Value and the various internal and external reporting mechanisms.
Provide administrative/ reporting assistance to support Social Value activities. Collate data from construction projects for monthly reporting purposes.
Assisting with sourcing information for tenders, e.g. Council employability strategies and contacts; local community groups and activities; local suppliers, including Third Sector Organisations (TSOs).
Support project teams to embed Social Value.
Set up meetings with Supply Chain Partners to discuss Social Value targets and discuss wider community engagement opportunities for partners to collaborate on.
Identify SV developments/initiatives in the wider industry and present internally for consideration
Assist the Senior Social Value Manager and Site teams by facilitating education and community engagement activities
Generate content, create, and gain approval for marketing materials in line with Construction North West and regional marketing plans:
Ideally you will have:
Social Value experience within the main contracting market
Experience with creating suitable marketing material for social media
Experience delivering presentations and liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders and partners
Good knowledge of the North West region

As an experienced Social Value Coordinator, you will be confident in using MS applications: Word, Excel, Power Point etc. Awareness of social media platforms including LinkedIn and Twitter
