About the role

We are looking for a talented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to carryout duties in conjunction with the commercial team. You will provide effective financial and contractual control on all allocated contracts, whilst undertaking costing activities, measuring completed works for allocated sections of the project, for interim and final accounts and will have some knowledge in the main contracting market. You will support the team with producing accurate and timely commercial reports whilst helping to ensure the contract achieves the appropriate commercial targets.

About You

With some experience, you will have achieved or be working towards your BSc in Quantity Surveying or other equivalent commercially related discipline. You will have a basic knowledge of company management systems including commercial and financial (Commercial Manager / COINS / Sphere). The successful candidate will be joining the existing team of passionate and dedicated commercial staff. Experience of working on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure, or Defence schemes between £5 and £20 million is an advantage.

A full UK driving licence is essential.
