News

A groundbreaking event has been held to celebrate Morgan Sindall Construction beginning works at Springwell Gardens in Leeds.

The £31 million project consists of 16 storeys and 223 rooms - a mix of one, two and three residential apartments.

The new development is funded by Citylife and will create a new era of building upwards in Leeds, increasing residential capacity in the city.

The groundbreaking event was attended by representatives of Morgan Sindall Construction and Citylife.

The progressive ‘inside-outside living experience’ encourages inclusive communities and aims to provide the best of city living for the people of Leeds.

The new build – designed by Nick Brown Architects - includes private roof terraces with skyline views, private courtyards, Juliette balconies, high specification kitchens and bathrooms, high quality appliances, fitted wardrobes in master bedrooms, engineered oak flooring or large tiles throughout, concierge, secure cycle store and secure parking spaces.

Springwell Gardens is located just a 10 minute walk from Leeds train station. With access to the city centre via the canal towpath, residents are just a two minute drive from the M1, M62 and A1.
