Morgan Sindall Construction chosen for Scape National Frameworks

Morgan Sindall Construction is pleased to confirm that it has been selected for the SCAPE Construction frameworks across England, Wales and Scotland, with a cumulative value of £5 billion.

In England and Wales, the business has been appointed to two lots, which cover projects up to £7.5 million and £7.5 million to £75 million. In Scotland, Morgan Sindall Construction was selected for another two lots, for works up to £7.5 million and for any projects over £7.5 million.

The SCAPE Construction frameworks will operate for four years and provide public sector organisations with accelerated direct access to Morgan Sindall Construction as a principal contractor, to deliver a wide range of high-quality projects including regeneration schemes, new primary and secondary schools, universities and colleges, hospitals, central government buildings and housing.

Morgan Sindall Construction was selected for all four of the Lots it competed for and this new partnership will be instrumental in supporting public sector clients deliver important construction projects as the UK economy continues to recover from the pandemic, and with an ever-increasing focus on improved building operational outcomes, sustainability and working towards our collective Net Zero ambitions.

This appointment builds upon Morgan Sindall’s existing partnership with SCAPE, which was established through its appointment to the SCAPE Regional Construction framework in early 2018.

As with all frameworks procured by SCAPE, the construction framework will be fully performance managed using key performance indicators that facilitate cost and time efficiencies and high levels of client satisfaction, as well as maximising training and apprenticeship opportunities, local supply chain usage, fair payment terms and creating real, monetised social value for local communities.
