Ardrossan Project Update (August 2026)

What’s been happening?

Over the last four weeks, we’ve made good progress across the site:

• Completion of the concrete floor slabs within the Teaching Wing.
• Completion of the steel frame erection for the Central Wing.
• Ongoing construction of foundations within the Sports Wing.
• Continued development of the car park areas.
• Continued construction of the swimming pool floor and walls.
• Installation of additional scaffolding, access platforms, and handrails.
• Continued formation of the sports pitches.
• Progress on the external wall structures to the Teaching Wing.
• Commencement of roofing works to the Teaching Wing.

What’s coming next over the next 4 weeks?

• Continued construction of foundations within the Sports Wing.
• Further scaffolding, access, and safety works.
• Ongoing development of the sports pitches and car park.
• Continued construction of the swimming pool structure.
• Installation of floor slabs within the Central Wing.
• Further progress on the external walls and roofing to the Teaching Wing. (The internal wall cladding material is a purple colour – please be reassured this is not the final finish on the exterior of the building.
• Completion of the Central Wing metal decking.
• Commencement of window installation works.
