Ardrossan Project Update (May 2026)

Progress in the period includes:

• Completion of operations under the Safe System of Works.
• Completion of foul drainage installation.
• Completion surface water drainage installation.
• Continued foundations in Central Wing.
• Commenced foundations in the gym hall.
• Commenced pool plantroom & balance tank foundations and walls.
• Commenced steel erection to Teaching Wing.
• Commenced formation of soft landscaping mounds.

Works to be undertaken in next four weeks include:

• Completed foundations in Central Wing.
• Continue steel frame erection in Teaching Wing.
• Continue foundations in Sports Wing.
• Continue pool balance tanks & plantroom walls.
• Commence scaffolding access and handrails.
• Commence concrete stairs installation.
• Commence metal decking to Teaching Wing.
