Welcome to the project page for the Broadford Primary School project, which is being built by Morgan Sindall Construction for The Highland Council.

The new Broadford Primary School is a new build Passivhaus primary school, nursery, gym hall, public library and council service point.
The development is one of The Highland Council projects included in the Scottish Government ‘s Learning Estate Investment Programme (LEIP) which focusses on delivering high quality, suitable, sustainable, low carbon, and digitally enabled learning environments.
The primary school build is scheduled for completion by summer 2027.

The Morgan Sindall Construction Scotland business unit operates out of two regional offices, the Inverness office being associated with this project.
