‘Construkt’ is an exciting, youth-focused initiative by Serious About Youth (SAY). The project gives young people exposure to the expansive opportunities available within the construction and engineering sectors, along with access to the various career pathways available.

During the programme, participants receive employability skills training, an introduction to engineering design and BIM, as well as gain an insight into all the stages of a construction project!

You are invited to attend this celebration event, which gives participants the opportunity to meet you - inspiring professionals who are themselves working within the engineering, construction and services industries. The young participants will also share their experiences from the programme and you will have the opportunity to network with them, promoting opportunities that your company may have on offer such as apprenticeships, work experience and further education training.
