Project update

Here's the latest project update

Morgan Sindall Construction commenced work on site on 13th Feb 2023. In the first four weeks on site, we have installed our site accommodation, installed sustainable hoarding to the site perimeter and have commenced the topsoil and subsoil strip. We also held a successful groundbreaking event. To date we have removed over 200 tipper trucks worth of sub soil but we also have stockpiled some of the soil on site so that we can reuse it later in the project. Over the next 4 weeks, we plan to excavate further down and pour concrete in the first set of foundations to the pool area.
