Latest Drone Footage and Update - August 2026

Morgan Sindall Construction zones progress during August 2026 as follows:

Community Hub

The community hub section continues with scaffold dismantling on all faces. Soffit works to the balcony and external mastic now complete. Works to covered court are nearly complete with final MEP taking place. Internally building remains ready to take on power to the main distribution board and sub boards. Dead testing of circuits and final fix of MEP are under way. Joinery finishes such as doors, skirting and architraves are well under way and cubicles completed. Final decorations are waiting for permanent lights to achieve good finishes.

Alpine Snow Sports Centre

Building now complete including testing and commissioning. External works are under way with paving, stone paths and underground services complete. Snowflex are due on site to final commission the lifts and lighting as well as new misting system.

Athletics Pavilion and Grandstand

Pavilion complete and BH Live have moved into this building with operational use. Additional works to complete in this section include lighting and CCTV.

Woodland Car Park

Works to the S171 are nearing completion and final tarmac works due to complete early September. Steps and ramps to entrance of AGP near completion with just handrail and lights to do. Lights and CCTV to car park commenced.

Family Zone

Works are now completed with only items left to include lighting, CCTV and remediation to top soil storage area. Block 2 works housing storage and public toilets also completed.
