Get Inspired for Your Future 2026

It was a busy day at the Get Inspired for your Future Southampton and New Forest Careers Fair a the O2 Guildhall seeing more than 800 students come together to find out more about different career options and their future paths.

At the Morgan Sindall Construction stand, we showcased that a career in the built environment is about so much more than just hard hats. From digital engineering and sustainable design to project management, we had some great conversations with young people about roles they didn't even know about.

With major projects in the city like the current Outdoor Sports Centre and the recently completely Southampton City Art Gallery restoration for Southampton City Council, we are committed to creating a lasting legacy for its people. Bridging the skills gap starts with these early conversations with the next generation and participating in events such as these for local young people.

These events also provide great networking opportunities and conversations on how we can collaborate together on other related activities to improve the communities we work within. #winwin
