Morgan Sindall Construction zones progress during June 2026 as follows:

Community Hub

The community hub section continues with scaffold dismantle well underway following completion of all brickwork. External doors now installed. Internally all final walls have been closed within the kitchen area and multi-use spaces. Tiling is progressing to both flooring and walls as well as soft flooring items. Solid ceilings are complete and plastered and tiled ceilings now commenced.

Alpine Snow Sports Centre

Brickwork completed along with windows, doors and scaffold externally. Internally the floor is completed and IPS and second fix MEP well underway. The plant room is ready for power and water ahead of commissioning.

Athletics Pavilion and Grandstand

Pavilion complete and BH Live have moved into this building with operational use. Additional works to complete in this section include lighting and CCTV.

Woodland Car Park

Works to the car park are now complete including landscaping with just the S278 Works remaining and street light installations to conclude.

Family Zone

Works are now completed with only items left to include lighting, CCTV and remediation to top soil storage area.
