Morgan Sindall Construction zones progress during May 2026 as follows:

Community Hub

The community hub section continues to progress internally and externally with favourable weather conditions during May. Internal works continued at pace in all areas with screed now completed, tiling commenced and finishes such as IPS being installed. All fire encasement works completed and curtain wall to lobby. Works in plant room continue and MEP on roof underway. Brickwork on all elevations nearing completion and scaffolding drop now started.

Alpine Snow Sports Centre

The green roof is now completed as well as internal screed, plastering and external windows and doors.

Snowflex has completed its works to the slopes apart from testing and commissioning once power and water are available.

Athletics Pavilion and Grandstand

Works are nearing completion. Flooring has commenced and all IPS installed allowing final fix MEP items in toilets areas. Whiterock completed, ceilings installed and final decorations finished.

Woodland Car Park

Works to the car park are now complete including landscaping with just the S278 Works remaining and street light installations to conclude.

Family Zone

External works now being snagged and de-snagged with final touch-ups in all areas ready for handover.

Block 2 works continue with structural alterations and repairs and internal finishes underway.
