Time to Talk
On Friday, the site team and our supply chain enjoyed a break over a bbq lunch to take time out and to talk. Eating well and making connections all have positive impacts on mental health.
Starting a conversation often begins with a simple act of kindness. Just talking things through with a person we trust can feel like a relief and make us feel less alone or sometimes just being there to listen without judgement can make a huge difference.
All of our projects have a trained Mental Health First Aider and quiet spaces available.
