Morgan Sindall Construction zones progress during July 2026 as follows:

Community Hub

The community hub section continues with scaffold dismantling on all faces. Balconies are complete. Covered court area is now free for groundworks and surfacing to commence. Internally building is ready for power and testing to commence along with final fix MEP works. Joinery finishes ongoing including doors and cubicles being installed within changing areas and toilets. Demolition works started on old community hub building.

Alpine Snow Sports Centre

Internal fitout nearing completion including ceilings and final fix MEP underway. Power and water now connected ready for commissioning. Snowflex have started their commissioning of the lifts and slopes including the new misting system. Decoration works to the existing ski lifts have commenced.

Athletics Pavilion and Grandstand

Pavilion complete and BH Live have moved into this building with operational use. Additional works to complete in this section include lighting and CCTV.

Woodland Car Park

Works to the car park are now complete including landscaping with just the S278 Works remaining and street light installations to conclude. Community Quad building removed releasing spaces for EV charging.

Family Zone

Works are now completed with only items left to include lighting, CCTV and remediation to top soil storage area. Block 2 works housing storage and public toilets also completed.
