About the project

Morgan Sindall Construction’s London Business will be delivering Villiers High School in Southall, centred on a new three-storey Eco teaching block.

Procured by the Southern Construction framework (SCF) the project will replace the current 1960s building with a modern, three storey state of the art energy-efficient facility designed to expand capacity, improve teaching and learning environments, and support growing demand for school places.

The new block will deliver 22 classrooms, 11 science laboratories, six ICT/media suites, staff and welfare facilities, and a rooftop sky garden.

Once complete, the development will enable the school to respond directly to the education needs of the population in Southall, including tailoring its student capacity to meet future requirements.

Working with the community

Making a positive difference in the communities where we work is a vital part of our responsible business plan. Our Community Investment Group supports our project teams in the delivery of local community engagement projects. The London team is part of the wider London & Home Counties business unit, which operates out of four offices, the Euston office being associated with this project.

Bee Price, Social Value Coordinator, is the dedicated community contact for the Villiers High School project and will maintain communications with neighbours and the surrounding community.

As a business, we are members of the Considerate Constructors Scheme and are signed up to the Code of Considerate Practice, which lies with Ealing Council’s environmental team, to minimise impact from the project works.

By visiting this page, residents and the wider community will obtain information about the Villiers High School project. Here residents, businesses and the wider community will be able to contact to the team, to share their views and raise concerns. If you have any questions, please do get in touch via the contact form at the bottom of the page with any queries regarding the project.

Our project team will provide monthly newsletters to residents and the wider community. This page will be kept up to date with relevant information about the construction works and upcoming opportunities for Ealing residents.
