About the Role

Liaising with the Customer, dealing with different stakeholders from Councillors, Clients to Local residents, you’ll focus on Employment and Skills plan opportunities for people from the local borough, whilst challenging the supply chain to ensure we maximise and fill the opportunities for apprentices, work experience placements on the project.

You’ll lead all external project communications (Newsletters, Project website update, project social media updates), deal with any comments/ questions/ complaints on the project from local residents as and when they arise in the most professional and efficient way. Keeping local councillors and project stakeholders updated on the project and any external communications, you’ll Implement, manage & take ownership of Social Value Plans for the region.

About you

With previous demonstrable experience of working in a similar role, managing Social Value projects, the successful candidate will have worked within a winning / big room environment, with a sound understanding of education frameworks. Commercial aware, with supply chain experience, you’ll be highly competent at Microsoft Office, especially Excel and will be LM3 proficient. Above all, you’ll be a confident communicator, with excellent planning and time management skills and will ensure standards and specifications are met.

A full UK driving licence is essential.

About us

The Thames Valley office covers the M40 / M3 corridor and was created in 2017 to capitalise on our partnership arrangement with Slough Council. The team has grown in 2016 from 7 to over 50 people and is focused on early-stage project management to create efficient solutions for customers. Our focus is on public buildings and with an extensive local authority and university pipeline.
