Morgan Sindall Construction awarded a place on Ministry of Justice Constructor Services Framework

News |

We’re thrilled to have been awarded a place on the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) five-year Constructor Services Framework.

Valued at £2.5 billion, the business has been successful in achieving a place on Framework C, Lot 9, the national framework, for projects valued between £10m and £30m as well as places on Framework B, Lot 6 South England and Lot 8 London & East England for projects valued between £5m & £10m.

Projects included as part of the MoJ framework will include minor works projects, new build, refurbishment, and planned maintenance of their existing estate.

As a business we will deploy our Intelligent Solutions approach to create high-quality and sustainable buildings for the justice sector. We’re already utilising modular and offsite methods of construction in high-security environments to meet demand for spacious facilities.

What’s more, we are a contractor committed to achieving Net Zero by 2030. Our digital, whole life carbon tool, CarboniCa, is being used on over 130 projects to measure the efficiency of our customers estates and establish the new build or retrofit solutions that will support our customers to reach their own decarbonisation goals.

Pat Boyle, managing director for Morgan Sindall Construction, said: “We’re thrilled to have been appointed to the Ministry of Justice National framework and regional Lots in the South of England and London & East England.

“Our intelligent solutions approach is aligned to the future pipeline of MoJ projects and we look forward to working in partnership with them for the next five years.”
