About the project

Bedford Passage, is the new mixed use development, located in the heart of Fitzrovia, London.

The project is made up of a double storey basement which contains a number of MRI units and a breast clinic, which will be occupied by the NHS, multiple commercial units and a mixture of private and affordable housing. You can find out more about our appointment to the project here.

Working in the Camden community

Making a positive difference in the communities we work is a vital part of our responsible business plan. Our Community Investment Group supports our project teams in the delivery of local community engagement projects. The London team is part of the wider Morgan Sindall Construction London and Home Counties business unit, which operates out of three regional offices, the Euston office being associated with this project.
