Inspiring Young Minds Through STEM

Andrew Taylor and Alex MacDonald represented Morgan Sindall at Ness Castle Primary School's STEM Careers Event, helping to introduce pupils to the wide range of rewarding careers available within the construction industry.

Throughout the event, pupils engaged with the team and took part in a variety of interactive activities, giving them a hands-on insight into the construction sector. One of the highlights was the opportunity to try on personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hats and high-visibility vests, allowing pupils to experience an important aspect of working on a construction site.

The event provided an excellent opportunity to spark curiosity, promote STEM learning, and showcase the diverse career pathways available within the industry.

Adding a personal touch to the day, the event was particularly special for Andrew Taylor, whose son, Harris, was delighted to see his father representing Morgan Sindall at his school.

Through events such as these, we are proud to support young people in exploring future career opportunities and developing a greater understanding of the exciting roles available within construction and the wider built environment sector.
