Works to install a new at-grade pedestrian crossing across St George’s Way are beginning today, Monday 11 May.

A new Sports & Leisure Centre is being built in Stevenage on St Georges Way. The main construction works on the new centre will be beginning in April 2026.

Morgan Sindall Construction’s Northern Home Counties business has been appointed by Stevenage Borough Council (SBC) to help deliver a multi-million-pound Sports and Leisure Hub, as part of the town’s wider regeneration plans.
